Auction

Dear Families,

Our annual dinner and auction is quickly approaching on April 26th! To support the success of this event, each family is required to do two things:

Sign up for a committee
Donate an item

COMMITTEE SIGN-UP

The deadline to sign up for a committee is March 7th. To sign up, click here to access the Google Doc - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zxpstDEwwHOhYTXf5oUhKABUWwvOyzwYvgyWoUJrqjo/edit?usp=drive_link.

Click on the committee name in the document to view a description of the committee’s duties.

If you wish to buy out of participating on a committee, please email us at fundraisers@stmarysmoscow.org.
Families who do not sign up by the deadline will be assumed to be buying out of the committee work, and a $500 fee will be charged to your account.

Important Notes:

We need to know how many people are working on each committee, so please sign up as soon as possible.
Please sign up for only one committee at this time to ensure that all families have a fair opportunity to participate. We may ask for additional help
Take extra care to review the time and responsibilities for each committee before committing. Since the event is taking place at the school, we have adjusted some committee responsibilities accordingly.
- Decoration & Set-Up Committee has a two-part commitment that begins Friday night and concludes Saturday morning.
- Clean-Up Committee will now take place on Sunday afternoon instead of the evening of the event.

FAMILY DONATIONS

Attached to this email, you will find a document that outlines the family donation/contribution in more detail. Each family is expected to contribute an item with a fair market value of at least $200. The buyout option is $500 (seperate from the committee buyout), the same as in previous years.

Donation Deadline: All items must be submitted by March 19th. This is a firm deadline, so please plan accordingly.
We are looking for someone to sponsor the Kindergarten, 1^st and 2^nd grade class project to cover the cost of supplies ($200). If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible.
If you know you will be buying out, please notify me in advance to help us with auction planning.

Online Donation Form:

This year, we’ve digitized the donation process. Please fill out the online Family Donation Form when submitting your item, linked here - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdbCmNydKoafea2G5QJT0vG9_sPwWp8NSCoHS_8jp3GWuATWw/viewform?usp=dialog
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submission. Print the completed form and attach it to your donation item(s) when you drop it off at school.
Donations cannot be accepted without the form as it helps us keep track of each contribution.

Upcoming Items to Watch For:
We are currently compiling a spreadsheet of package options that will require multiple family contributions. Additionally, we will soon share an Amazon wish list for those who prefer to purchase items online. Please be on the lookout for these.
